Panchayat (Degree) College, Kalla was established in 1992 and affiliated to Sambalpur University. The college is situated at a distance of 36 Kms from District Head Quarters Deogarh and 145 kms from Sambalpur University. The  college is situated by the side of N.H-49 (N.H-6) with good communication facilities.  Its conducive academic atmosphere is the key point  for its students.
