Career Counselling

Panchayat Degree College, Kalla has been organizing Career Counselling Programs for 5th and 6th semester Students each year. In these programs orientation on employability, scope of job in different (government and corporate) sectors and how to prepare oneself for these jobs were given. On dt 06/12/2019 and 28/02/2020 Career Counselling Programs were organized which were attended by Chief Manager SBI Deogarh, Lead Bank Manager Deogarh and DIC Manager Deogarh, District Agriculture Officer Deogarh, again on dt 30/03/2021 and 31/03/2021 the 3rd and 4th CCP were organized on virtual mode. Students were given valuable instructions by Commandant of 5th IRB Deogarh, Principal ITI Barkote, Senior scientist District Agriculture Office Deogarh, and Principal Polytechnic Deogarh. Besides these two Job Placement Drive Camps were organized on dt 30/09/2021 and dt 22/03/2022 at Panchayat Degree College, Kalla. In the first job placement camp 120 outgoing students of 2019,2020 and 2021 batch attended to whom Counselling on jobs were done by DEO Deogarh, District Skill Coordinator Deogarh and representatives of 12 companies across India. The 2nd Job placement workshop was held on dt 22/03/2022 where 105 passout students of 2020 nd 2021 participated who were counselled by the DEO Deogarh, DSC Deogarh and by Styanarayan Patnaik of Credit Access Gramin Limited and Dhiren Mahakul of Premchand Associates Bargarh. All above Programs were successful to put tremendous impact on students.
